Lessons learned from extra release

Why don't you make a release in the middle of the sprint? Because it doesn't work. Today we finally identified a bug in the "extra release" which made it useless. So, the only good thing that came from that incident was us realizing two things:
  • You never release during the sprint
  • We need a certified scrum master
So, now I'm booked on a scrum master course in January and we won't make any more mid-term releases.
