Reading From Good To Great is probably an eye-opener for all that believe that there is potential in their organisation but that there is something lacking. When we started this project, this was the book I was reading and it's a book which still inspires me.

The first advice, having the right people on board, is the most difficult. For many reasons. But it's crucial.
